Let’s turn again to the advantages of renting a flat.

You get the homely atmosphere in the flat together with all the rest of the modern conveniences. It is no surprise sometimes when a Belarusian landlady, a white-haired babushka, brings her favourite tenant some bliny for breakfast. What hotel can give you such hospitality?

Flats are unique types of accommodation where you can easily get the right number of rooms and even your preferable design. Bring as many children as you want, and pets will be welcome as well. And if you want to change flats, there is no bureaucratic hassle with cancellations and reservations.

Budgetary advantages are also pretty clear. Flats are cheaper the longer the stay is and the bigger the group of people is staying.

Also, when you choose Minsk flats for rent you have everything you need in your own flat and no problems arise when you need to iron a shirt or do some laundry. Cooking at a flat saves a lot of money, it also gives a great choice for you to go for some of your favourites.

Choosing flats is a common trend today. And it’s easy to see why.

Condos in Des Plaines and Toronto. An overview

Everyone is familiar with condos and their advantages and drawbacks and nevertheless it is cheaper to buy one-bedroom or two-bedrooms apartment in a condominium than to purchase a house that needs care and attention as well. Des Plaines is the city where condominiums is the only affordable kind of housing and to be frank they are quite quality though the majority date back to 1960ies. Definitely, there are new condominiums and they are really nice, one may say even perfect but their price is not perfect at all especially if they are in downtown of Des Plaines. What I adore most of all is that any building company nowadays develops a website long before the building is erected and you can even take 3d-tours among all the apartments. With Revit and Autocad with 3DStudio software programs it has become possible and is in high demand among all the potential buyers. Take, for instance, Everleigh condominium that is situated in the downtown of Des Plaines:
“Tucked away from the hustle and bustle and just off the beaten path is Everleigh, a collection of contemporary residences for urban-style living. Handsome, open-plan living spaces boast floor-to-ceiling windows that extend your home into the peaceful lush forest and lively downtown Des Plaines. The balance of Everleigh living is at your doorstep.” Surely, a nice place to live and a nice opportunity to invest your savings as well. But… there are many buts. Firs of all, the price. The price starts from “as low as $200.000″. My Gosh! It is really “low”? Moreover, you will need to renovate all the bedrooms and other rooms in such an apartment and this is costly as well. So the final price for one-bedroom apartment may reach awful sums!

And now let’s take a look at the same type of housing in Canada. You know, condos in Etobicoke (Toronto area) or condos on King West (also Toronto area) are twice (!) cheaper in comparison with condos Des Plaines offered by Coventry Place Condominiums. And then you start thinking: why shouldn’t I move to Canada and enjoy the Royal country view and nature? ;-)
